A talented woman rising to success in the wedding industry, Lauren Grove is the editor of Every Last Detail, a national wedding blog ranked among the Top 100 Wedding Blogs in 2010 and 2011 as well as a OneWed Best of the Best of the Best Wedding Blog of 2011. Pulling from her experience as a wedding professional and a recent bride, Lauren aims to educate and inspire brides on their wedding journey. International destination wedding photographer, Kristen Weaver, rocketed on to the scene just 2 years ago with an intense love for photography and passion for making extraordinary brides look like goddesses. Traveling the world, Kristen has a commitment to her clients and the community, founding Images for a Cure in 2010. Kristen has recently been named as a 2012 Grace Ormonde Platinum Photographer and one of Junebug Weddings Top Photographers in the World (where she’s in good company)! Joey Wright is an Orlando-based independent photographer specializing in swimsuit and commercial fashion photography. After graduating from UCF with a B.A. in Digital Media, he spent several years in the graphic design field before redirecting his creative talents into the world of photography. His work, never to be characterized by one particular look or style, always reflects his meticulous attention to detail and perfectionist nature. Joey’s work was recognized by Westcott Lighting

Fresh. Modern. And innovative. An esteemed graduate of The Savannah College of Art and Design, Abby Liga has had a passion for taking pictures since age 13. Now a dedicated professional photographer, Abby still recognizes the importance of remaining a student of the art. She is highly regarded in the wedding industry but continues to collaborate with accomplished photographers, all while staying on top of wedding trends and setting trends of her own. Her philosophy: Getting to know my couples lets me capture their raw feelings for one another, opening up a realm of comfort and trust that makes their images all the more powerful and real.

Melanie Pace has degrees in Business and Fashion Merchandising from Florida State University. Some of the services she offers include: wardrobe styling, fashion production, personal shopping, special event styling and guest speaking. Her love for art, fashion and personal expression inspires her aesthetic as a Wardrobe Stylist. Some of Melanie’s work includes weekly appearances on FOX 35 Good Day Live show as a fashion expert, Mall at Millenia fashion show stylist and personal shopper, Bloomingdales and Neiman Marcus fashion show stylist /speaker and much more.
How to PLAY on picture day
Family and Children photographer, Julie Paisley, has already made an incredible impact on portrait photography in the two short years she has been in business. She hosts hands-on workshops, partners with many well-established industry leaders, and has been featured on several blogs. As a loving wife, devoted mother of two and former teacher, Julie has developed a talent for nurturing relationships and translating those relationships into her images. She strives to showcase each client’s individual spirit while capturing their natural expressions, both physical and emotional. A lover of light, Julie’s artwork is characterized by luminosity and delicate details.
We will be starting each day of the workshop at The MEZZ in Downtown Orlando at 9:00. Breakfast is provided during morning registration. During meal breaks, many of our speakers will be mingling and available for questions.
