Why did you want to get involved with Images for a Cure?
I saw a tweet for it from Scarlett Lillian and was immediately interested. My grandmother had breast cancer, so it is a cause I am close to. Each year my mom, aunt, and I participate a walk to raise funds for breast cancer research, and we have a great time together. I’ve been wanting to do some sort of charity work with my photography, and seeing the Images for a Cure project I was immediately sold!

How has Breast Cancer (or any cancer) made an impact on your life?
My grandmother had breast cancer, and so does my best friend’s mom. It’s so close to home for so many women and families. My grandmother was one of my best friends.

Tell us something interesting about your photography studio.
My logo is close to my heart as well! My colors (green and black) were my wedding colors, and my star logo is tattooed on my wrist! Can’t get any closer than that – AND the star is pink. Guess that wins me points with the Images for a Cure cause as well!

Details on her sessions:
