This fall, countless photographers and creators are coming together for one purpose: a cure. On October 11, 2009 – a collection of photographers are donating their time and session fees to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation®. The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® is actively searching for a cure for breast cancer in our lifetime – and your creativity and willingness to help is going to contribute to the cause.
You don’t have to labor under the ideal anymore – you can make a difference. You can effect change in our world by doing what you do best – by utilizing your creativity, building relationships, and creating images…Images for a Cure.
Our record-breaking 2009 Images for a Cure event, benefiting The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® is getting a facelift. New logos, new website and new plans for an even bigger 2010! Our 2009 event allowed us to raise nearly $13,000 for The Beast Cancer Research Foundation thanks to the participation of 239 photographers from 44 states and 3 countries. From the help of 21 amazing industry sponsors who donated nearly $32,000 in prizes and services to support our group, to the clients who booked with our photographers – we want to thank you for helping us achieve an amazing event last year!
